Hon. Olujuwon Obasanjo, son of former President Olusegun Obasanjo, has joined the PBAT Door-to-Door Movement as Special Adviser on Political Affairs, pledging to mobilise support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s re-election in 2027.

He said he had followed the organisation’s activities for some time and was impressed by its interventions across communities, adding that he was prepared to contribute his experience and resources towards advancing its objectives.

According to him, President Tinubu has started on a good note, making it imperative for Nigerians, particularly young people, to support the administration’s reforms and ensure continuity in governance.

He identified regular salary payments, infrastructure development and expanding investment opportunities as some of the areas in which the country had recorded progress, insisting that the gains should be sustained.

Obasanjo expressed confidence that a renewed mandate for Tinubu would provide the administration with an opportunity to consolidate its achievements and deliver more dividends of democracy to Nigerians.

Earlier, Adekanbi welcomed Obasanjo into the movement, describing him as an experienced political figure with a background in leadership and governance.
